How to book protection
School run and pick-up
Regularly on school days: there in the morning, back in the afternoon. Fixed times, agreed handover points and, where possible, the same protection officers.
Sports and leisure
Training, music lessons, meeting friends, the cinema. The protection officer stays close by and keeps in the background.
Travel and holidays
A holiday with parents or a trip to relatives without them — at the destination we hand your child over only to the person you have named. In Germany and, by arrangement, elsewhere in Europe.
One-off occasion
A birthday party, a concert, a school fair or a short stay in Hamburg. A single assignment, by the hour or by the day.
In all honesty
What we don't do
- We are not a childcare service: protection officers do not replace a nanny, a tutor or a teacher.
- We do not hand your child over to anyone you have not named in advance, and we speak to the school, kindergarten or coaches only with your consent.
- In custody matters we act only on the instructions of those who hold custody and within the terms of court orders and agreements between the parents: we do not take a child away from the other parent, do not keep a child from a parent who holds custody, and do not enforce anything.
- We do not offer armed protection, have no police powers and do not take on anything outside German law.

Who will accompany my child?
Specialists qualified under §34a GewO — carefully selected, vetted and trained in first aid. Where possible we assign the same people, so your child is not met by someone new each time. Your single point of contact is one coordinator.
What do we tell our child about the escort?
That is your decision. We discuss beforehand how much your child should know and how visible the escort should be, and we follow your lead.
Who will my child be handed over to?
Only to people you have named to us in advance. If plans change, we act only on your instructions; if in doubt, we call you.
Will the school or kindergarten know about the escort?
That is your decision — with one limit: if we collect your child directly from the kindergarten or school, or accompany them on school premises, the school has to know our officers, and you register them there as authorised to collect your child. Beyond that, we contact the school, kindergarten or coaches only with your consent.
Can my child travel without a parent?
Yes, with the consent of those who hold custody. We accompany your child for the whole journey, in Germany and, by arrangement, elsewhere in Europe. For trips abroad your child needs their own travel document and, ideally, a written declaration of consent from the custody holders that names the accompanying officer; we work out with you in advance what the destination country and the airline also require.
How much does a security escort for a child cost?
It depends on the duration, the route and the number of specialists. After a free consultation you receive a written estimate — before work starts.
