Knowing and following German rules
Personal protection in Germany is strictly regulated. Our company holds a security licence under §34a of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO), and protection tasks are carried out by staff with §34a expertise certification. Protection officers have no police powers, and we do not offer armed protection.
Many guests are used to different practices at home. We explain in advance what is normal and permitted here, so there are no surprises. Personal data is processed in line with the GDPR, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins.

How we work together
Write or call in Russian, German or English. In a confidential first conversation we clarify the occasion, dates and risks. You then receive a written estimate. Before the assignment we plan the route, an alternative route and communication; afterwards there is a short debrief.
From first call to debrief
The first contact is free of obligation and confidential. We ask about the occasion, travel dates, locations, the people involved and any previous incidents. Names and details are treated confidentially from the start, even if no assignment follows.
Next comes the threat and site assessment: we review the hotel, meeting points and routes, set a main and an alternative route, and decide how the coordinator, the protection officers and you stay in contact. You receive these arrangements in your language, so every step is clear.
During the assignment the coordinator keeps in touch with the driver, the team and your hosts. If the schedule changes, we adjust the route and procedure and inform you immediately. Afterwards you receive a short report and a debrief, in Russian if you prefer.

Does the bodyguard speak Russian?
Your contact person and coordinator speaks Russian and German. We agree the team composition with you in the first conversation.
Do you only work in Hamburg?
We are based in Hamburg, work across Germany and accompany trips within Europe.
Is your protection armed?
No. We do not offer armed protection and have no police powers. We work through planning, attention and experience.
How confidential is my enquiry?
Confidentiality applies from the first conversation. We sign an NDA before work begins and process data in line with the GDPR.
