Family protection is rarely a one-off. We usually work on an annual contract covering shifts, holidays and special occasions, and we adjust the scope when your situation changes.

We sign an NDA before work begins and process your family’s data in line with the GDPR. Consultations in German, English or Russian.
How family protection starts
It starts with a confidential conversation with the parents. We clarify daily routines, schools, leisure locations, travel, household staff and any concerns. On this basis we carry out a threat and site assessment, looking at routes, entrances, parking and the surroundings of the residence.
This results in a written plan with routes, alternative routes, hand-over points and contacts. We discuss it with you, adjust it and introduce the team. The coordinator is your permanent contact, arranges shifts and informs you when something changes.
At regular intervals we review the plan together: what has worked, how the family’s routine has changed, and which rules the children need at their age. This keeps protection up to date without disrupting family life.
